What to Expect at Stronger
Our sessions are 40 minutes and alternate between strength-based and conditioning-focused days — giving you the perfect mix of structure, variety, and results.
Every session is led by an experienced coach, with a maximum of 8 clients per group, so you get personal attention without the crowds.
On strength days, we track your lifts throughout each training phase, so you can see your progress and keep improving week to week.
Here’s how your training week will look:
Mon / Wed / Fri — Strength Days
We follow a periodised training model, progressing through 15-week phases (endurance, hypertrophy, strength). Your weights are tracked, and you’ll see your numbers build.Tues / Thurs — Conditioning Days
High energy, fast-paced sessions designed to challenge your engine — while still focusing on technique and quality movement.Saturday — Showdown Session
Coach’s choice. Always fun, always full-body, and a great way to wrap up the week.
Session times:
6:00am, 6:50am, 7:40am, 9:15am, 10:15am, 12:30pm (Tues & Fri), 5:30pm, 6:30pm
Saturdays: 8:00am, 9:00am
Don’t forget, we have free reserved parking and our location is Gabare House, Winnall Valley Road, SO23 OLD.
